Creative Crag

During outdoor excursions, I like to orient myself to the scenery through "plein de air" paintings and drawn maps. Maps have always been my favorite form of artwork because each and every contour tells a story through functionality and aesthetics. When I started climbing, I labeled the specific climbing routes and grades onto these sketches.

In January of 2016, Creative Crag emerged as a project-gone-start-up pursuit where I can sell these prints to fellow climbers.

Essentially, I print these original paintings on waterproof, durable map paper so climbers can take them out to the crag for directional purposes, or hang them at home for reminiscing.
